Melt the dark chocolate by placing it in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth.
In a food processor, combine the silken tofu, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mousse into ramekins or small bowls, then refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
