This guacamole comes together in just minutes and gets an umami twist thanks to the addition of white miso and soy sauce. Our recipe serves four but you can easily double up for more. Dip in!
Finely chop red onion, cilantro (stems too!) and chillies. Halve your limes and avocados.
In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, miso, a drizzle of chilli oil from the jar and the juice of one lime half. Stir to combine.
Add your avocados into the bowl and mash them up, just a bit — for the perfect chunky bite.
Serve with tortilla chips and the remaining lime on the side for garnish or squeezing. Dip in and enjoy!
