g (1 tsp) of matcha

g hot water

g cold water
Ice cubes

Method

Whisk soy milk, caramel, miso and a dash of hot water until creamy and doubled in size

For the matcha: mix a small amount of water with matcha, and then add the rest of the water, whisk more, add soy milk and whisk again until creamy and foamy

Paint miso inside the glass, add ice cubes, then soy milk foam and finish with creamy matcha
