Traditionally made with non-dairy creamer and lots of sugar, this “better-for-you” boba tea features nutrient-rich soymilk, sweetened with fresh ripe fruit instead of sugar.

Method

Divide ice, tea, fruit pieces, and boba balls into two tall 12-ounce glasses. Stir and sweeten with honey to taste, if desired. Serve immediately.  Sweeten to taste, if desired.
