Puree edamame, oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, pepper and salt in food processor for 30 seconds, scraping sides twice until almost smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Store the dip in an airtight container. It will stay fresh in the fridge for up to four days!
