Our Lemon Miso Dressing is just two steps to make and keeps well in the fridge for a few days. Drizzle over mixed greens or sliced vegetables like cucumbers!

Mix miso, water, sugar, lemon juice, olive oil and ginger in a blender.
Strain to remove excess ginger pieces and blend the reserved liquid until thoroughly mixed. Add the grated lemon peel for extra colour and zest!
Transfer to a jar or container and store in the fridge.
